The application process can usually be completed within 24 hours. However, if information is missing or needs to be requested from a third party, it can tak a few days.
The application fee is $30 per person 18 years old or older or one application fee with established joint credit.
Anytime after the application is approved and your new home is ready. You can reserve an apartment by leaving a non-refundable reservation deposit. The reservation is credited back as a pre-payment when you move in.
The security deposit is $400.00. The pet deposit is $400 also. $200 refundable/$200 non-refundable. A monthly pet rent fee also applies per pet. Dogs under 35lbs are $25/month and dogs over 35lbs or more are $35/month. Cats are $15. For more pricing information view our pricing guide. Specials may effect the rates.
If you move in between the 1st and the 15th, we will prorate that month's rent. If you move in after the 15th, we will still prorate the rent, but may ask you to pay the following month's rent at that time.
All apartments have washer/dryer hook-ups, so you can bring your own, with management approval. Otherwise, we can provide a washer/dryer for you at an additional cost; there is also an on-site facility.
When considering moving, you are required to submit a written 30-day notice to the office staff.
It can take up to 30 days to process a move-out statement.

If something were to be broken or damaged in your apartment, our maintenance staff is available during office hours. For routine maintenance, please contact the office to request service. If someone is continuously parking in your spot, notify any one of the office staff and we will contact them personally, or in extreme cases, we may tow the vehicle. Contact us for more information.
